As a third generation settler in Canada, Liz’s work is centred on the idea of what it means to be home. More than just a place of origin, but a feeling of belonging. Throughout her practice, Liz engages themes of ethnic and cultural identity to produce subtle nods to the ideas that demonstrate how she navigates Chinese diaspora. Community building is essential in Liz’s practice and her work. What better way is there to make cool stuff, than to make it with incredibly cool people?
